Terms and Conditions

1. Please allow 28 days for delivery.

2. Delivery charges. You must sign for all orders. UK- £20 per item .Please contact us for shipping costs for the rest of the world. Orders despatched outside the EU may be subjected to duties and taxes – Bear and Boosie is not responsible for these charges.

3. Full payment must be received before goods are released.

4. Please make all cheques payable to Bear and Boosie.

5. We will contact you if there is a delay with the dispatch of your goods.

6. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

7. Local deliveries can be made at our discretion.

8. To guarantee delivery for Christmas we must receive your order by the 24th November.

9. Goods can not be left with a neighbour or similar request.

10. If you are not completely happy with your item we guarantee to refund you (excluding shipping and packaging) provided that you inform us within 7 days of delivery of your intention to return the item and return it to us within 14 days of receipt. The item must reach Bear and Boosie in exactly the same condition as when we shipped it to you.

11. If you believe your goods are faulty due to a manufacturing fault, please contact us and we will do our best to help you. We reserve the right to use our discretion when deciding whether to replace or repair faulty and damaged goods.

13. Refunds will be credited by the original way of payment.

14. Refund/ replacements for items bought as gifts can only be given/ sent to the original purchaser. If you decide to change an item, the original purchaser will be informed.

15. We reserve the right to refuse orders.

16. Bear and Boosie is not liable for any risk, damage or injury caused by their products.

17. All paints used by Bear and Boosie are lead free.
